It is everyone’s responsibility, it unifies us to find a universal hope of preventing and curing HIV/AIDS, it is encouraging to know that there are forms that have already been demonstrated to be efficient in preventing the contagion and have been able to tend to the affected.

There research carried out over all these years has thrown out positive results in some preventive interventions. There already are medicines that reduce the viral load in the affected people significantly. AIDS has been reduced, although slowly, and there has been more respect for the rights of those infected with the disease. AIDS has served to be put in the agenda of demands and in the social priorities of the inalienable defense of human rights. There is still much to do, but there are starting to be notices of hope. Now is when we need everyone to set aside their differences and work together to eliminate the HIV/AIDS epidemic, avoiding its spread and reducing its impact. It is everyone’s responsibility, it unifies us to find a universal hope of preventing and curing HIV/AIDS, it is encouraging to know that there are forms that have already been demonstrated to be efficient in preventing the contagion and have been able to tend to the affected.
